	Waxing Waxing treatment is worldwide recognized as an effective manner to make surface shining (more appealing to clients) and to protect surface travertine, marble, marble-cement and terrazzo tiles finished or semifinished items, during transportation and handling.

Filling machine for travertine and marble
with conveyor belt

Main technical features:

1 upper electric-fan (3.00 H.P. motor) to remove water from the holes of the material before filling

3 filling heads each independently driven and with proper gear units

1 mechanical 1/5 range motovariator for conveyor belt speed control

3 containers with filling cement and 3 squeegees inside containers for slabs of any width

2 slide scrapers at the end of cycle for cleaning the squeegee edges

2 roller-units of 100 cm each for the loading and the unloading of material

- installation on 4 casters to facilitate its placement

- 'D' belts
